Mitchel Primrose Store Policies

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition and must be returned with all original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. See Returns & Repairs section (below) for full details.

Personal Orders, Pre-Season Orders, and Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Merchandise purchased with a 50% or greater discount applied, is deemed FINAL SALE. These purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. 

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care immediately. Replacement of potentially defective goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis through a Customer Care representative.

Shipping

All domestic purchases are eligible for FREE shipping via USPS Priority Mail, unless another shipping option is selected. USPS Priority Mail usually arrives in 3-4 business days, but is not guaranteed. Other shipping options include: UPS Overnight, UPS 3-day Delivery, and UPS Ground. 

International orders ship worldwide via UPS. See list below for estimated transit times. Please note that you may not see every international shipping choice listed below during your checkout, options are available based on your shipping location. 

UPS Worldwide Express (Next business day to Canada, 1-2 business days to Europe & Latin America, 2-3 business days to Asia)

UPS Worldwide Saver (Next business day to Canada, 2 business days to Europe & Latin America, 2-3 business days to Asia)

UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-3 business days to Canada, 3-4 business days to Europe, 4-5 business days to Asia & Latin America)

Duties & Taxes -- THE EUROPEAN UNION, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, SWITZERLAND, SINGAPORE, KUWAIT, QATAR, INDIA, NORWAY, SAUDI ARABIA, TAIWAN, U.A.E, JAPAN. We cover the cost of import duties to these listed countries. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier. 

For all other customers, the import duty tax is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or sales taxes, but there may be other local taxes that you need to pay to receive your order.

NOTE: Shipping transit times are to be used as a guide only, and are based on time from order. Mitchel Primrose cannot take resposibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions. 

Returns & Repairs

Your satisfaction is important to us! 

Customer Care must be contacted within 7 days of reciept of purchase, if you wish to return or exchange your Mitchel Primrose merchandise. 

Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition and must be returned with all original packaging.

Exchanges will be based solely on the availability of desired merchandise.

If you wish to return/exchange your purchase, contact Customer Care with your name, order number, and reason for return. A Customer Care representative will respond with full instructions for completing the return/exchange process. Please use 'Customer Care: Returns' as the subject line of your email. 

Please see our Product Care page for the best way to care for your Mitchel Primrose merchandise, to avoid any potential damages. 

In the event of product damage, repairs will be handled on a case-by-case basis through a Customer Care representative. Please note that we will provide necessary repairs to correct the damage(s), given certain limitations. Based on the necessary repairs, a service/repair fee may be incurred. Please contact info@mitchelprimrose.com with your name, order number, and photograph of the damaged item. Please use 'Customer Care: Repairs' as the subject line of your email. 

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, refunds, or exchanges. 

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, share, or trade any personal information supplied to us from a transaction, or by signing up for our newsletter. 

Sales Tax

Purchases made within the state of Tennessee will be taxed at the current sales tax rate of 9.25%.
